killua is watching tv

when it comes to watching tv i am an avid fun of korean and japanesse films. much that i like filipino drama of course but what i like most of the korean drama is that the viewers dont have a clear view of what would be its ending and that's what excites me the most. you dont have a choice but to watch every episodes. even when my abeoji was still alive we do watch korean drama during free time. they got different styles. from fashion, make-up brands, the clothes and shoes they wear, their hair, the location  and the house. i love korean houses. i love the way how they portray their character. they are unique. maybe because we dont see or hear from them that often and we only see them over youtube or pirated dvd's. i have nothing against filipino films but i found a lot of twist to korean and japanese. so every time i am free i used to watch korean drama on youtube. although my heart belongs to anime, i really find time and space in my heart for korean films and japanesse too.

sometimes the translations sucks but at least they've tried translating it. here are my favorites.

1. Blind
This is a great psycho-thriller-suspense that you'll never get bored to watch.  I enjoyed watching this and gave me goosebumps! i even chilled as i watched the suspense scenes. Kim Haneul really did a bang-up job in portraying a blind character, and managed to be both vulnerable and cunning all at once. The dog did a great job too.

2. Koizora (sky of love)...
This story is about a girl called Mika and is about to experience love for the first time. She and her friend Aya exchange phone numbers with Nozumu, a guy that Aya likes. Then one day Nozumu was drunk calls Mika and then a stranger talks to her on the phone. She felt really calm talking to the person and she couldnt wait to meet him. Then when she went back to school she meets Hiro, whom she talked on the phone all Summer and she realizes he wasn't the person she thought he would be. They immediately fall in love and they started to get along really well. Mika was going to have a baby. Hiro's ex-girlfriend,Saki tells Mika to break up with Hiro and harrased her, causing Mika's miscarriage.
Hiro and Mika's relationship was on and off. They break up. Hiro then dates other girls. Mika isnt over Hiro. Then Mika meets another guy called Yuu and at the start he treats her like a little sister and then later he falls in love with her and start with a relationship.

a beautiful sad love story of a two high school students.
i did cry watching this....love has no boundaries. watch it and tell me your story. dont forget  to bring tissue.

3. Love story in Harvard
Love Story in Harvard portrays the dream and love pursued by foreign students studying in Harvard. It demonstrates bright, hard-working, and romantic characters and storylines. The first half of the series is set at Harvard University and is mainly concerned with the burgeoning relationship between a Harvard Law School student, Kim Hyun Woo, and a Harvard Medical School student, Lee Soo In.

Kim Hyun Woo and Alex Hong  are two first-year students at Harvard Law School, both from South Korea. Alex applies himself more and as such is the favorite of Professor John H. Keynes. Hyun Woo, who initially has a hard time adjusting to the workload, falls into the bad graces of the professor, who repeatedly humiliates or ignores him. However, Hyun Woo perseveres and eventually wins the respect of Professor Keynes and his classmates. Both men meet and fall for Lee Soo-In, a third-year Korean student at Harvard Medical School. This intensifies the rivalry between them.

Hyun Woo and Soo-In grow closer and eventually start dating. However, their relationship is short-lived as Soo-In's application to join OEP, an organization that provides medical care to patients in Third World countries, is accepted. After spending a night together, Soo In breaks off all contact with Hyun Woo and leaves to work in South America, leaving him devastated.

The second half of the story takes place mainly in Seoul, after Hyun Woo and Alex have graduated from Harvard Law School. Hyun Woo is now an idealistic lawyer, refusing to take on lucrative corporate cases and only defending people he feels have no voice in the legal system. Alex, who remained in the US after graduation, returns to Korea to take on a case for an international chemicals company, which is being accused of dumping toxic substances. Hyun Woo becomes involved in the same case, although on the side of the victims demanding compensation. In addition, Soo-In also returns to Korea at around the same time to conduct some medical research. Unknown to her at first, the research is related to the chemicals case that Alex and Hyun Woo are both working on, and predictably the three meet up again.

Although Hyun Woo is still angry at Soo-In for leaving him so abruptly, he still has feelings for her, as does Alex. Alex eventually reconciles with both Hyun Woo and Soo-In, helping them to win the case against the chemicals company. He returns to the United States to take up a teaching post at Harvard Law, while Hyun Woo and Soo-In marry and have children.

4. Lie To Me
Lie to Me is the story of Gong Ah Jung, a civil servant who lies to her friends about being married. By some misunderstanding, it becomes widely circulated that she is married to the rich, stuck up business executive Hyun Ki Joon. The lie spirals out of control, turning their lives upside down.

I love how Ah Jung’s father is being protective of her even though she is in her late 20s. He loves to compete with Ki Joon.

Coke Kiss is the best kissing scene! Hilarious yet romantic.
The Public Love Confession was really amazing!

5. 7th grade civil servant
Secret agent Ahn Su-Ji works undercover as a bride-to-be real estate agent. Her real life boyfriend Jae-Joon is completely distraught over Su-Ji’s frequent absences and even harder to believe excuses. Jae-Joon then decides to leave her and for that matter the country of Korea itself. He calls Su-Ji one last time at the airport Incheon International Airport, but unfortunately Su-Ji is unable to answer his call because she is working undercover to bust an international crime organization.

Three years later, with Jae-jun long gone, but not forgotten Su-ji works on a Russian mafia case involving biological weapons. During her undercover work, Su-Ji poses as a janitor and runs into Jae-Joon while cleaning the men’s restroom. Su-Ji completely loses her composure and attacks Jae-jun for leaving her and apparently lying about his whereabouts.

Meanwhile, Jae-Joon has his own secrets. Jae-Joon is also a secret agent, but works in a different department from Su-ji. When Jae-Joon left Korea three years ago, he was actually assigned to track the very same Russian organization that Su-Ji is currently working to bust.

Now that the former lovers have met again they resume their romantic relationship, while trying to keep their real identity unknown to the other person. They also have to stop the Russian mob from gaining a weapon of mass destruction ...this is really funny! i love the action.
